So now it's time to have some fun and enjoy Hopping through the wonderful Colors of Spring.

Here is my project I created using this beautiful Wisteria digi image by Mitzi Sato-Wiuff.

I created this card using an ordinary paper bag. These are the standard lunch bags that you can purchase at your local grocery store or dollar store. I love creating with lunch bags. They are fun to alter and create something new.

I adhere designer paper from the K&CO's The Painted Garden paper pad. I love this purple floral design very much and thought it went well with this image. I paper pieced her dress using a scrap piece of paper from Prima's Sparkling Spring collection. It's a very faint light pink floral paper. I then colored the rest of the image using copic markers and then added lots of clear stickles to the background and the fairy wings. I embellished the card using silk flowers, a vintage pearl button, a handmade beaded stick pin, a beaded charm with a cute fairy and sentiment that says Serenity.

Here are more pics for you~

The charm attachment is made from a safety pin. I then modified it to create a latch using jumprings. I punched an eyelet with my cropadile and attached the charm to the paper bag card.

Here is a close up of the Silk flowers (purchased at the Dollar store). I added lots of sparkle with stickles so I really wanted you to get the full effect of it. Sometimes a little enhancement digitally adds just the right touch.

This it the inside of the paper bag card. There are two pockets. I made some tag inserts and the journaling spots I created using Photoshop CS4. Do you see the pretty wisteria floral background faintly on the journaling spots? I love the way they turned out.

I hope you enjoyed my project. I appreciate you stopping by. Please don't forget to leave a comment. I love to hear from you!!!
